An encounter with God.

I don’t believe in God.

But I believe in the artist,

who sculpted out the beautiful beings on this earth.

I believe in the magician,

who conducts the magic of birth.

I believe in the playwright,

who conceived this play of life,

with all the complex characters,

Father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife…….

I believe in the architect,

who built the mountains, the rivers, the trees.

I believe in the manager,

who elegantly manages order and chaos, war and peace.

I believe in the gardener,

who waters mother earth every monsoon.

I believe in the juggler,

who perpetually juggles the stars, the planets, the sun and the moon.

I believe in the tailor,

who gave us such beautiful clothes to cover our bones.

I believe in the timekeeper,

who oversees the days, the nights and the different timezones.

I believe in the doctor,

who heals our wounds with an ointment called time.

I believe in the musician,

who creates the music of sea waves – oh so sublime.

An artist, a magician, an architect……….

all rolled into one.

So much talent, skill, power,

hey ! this man must be awesome.

Perhaps its him that the people refer to as God.

Yes, I believe in him,

by whatever name he may be called.

I guess, I do believe in God.
